It's getting to be prime FW! time, and I don't want to miss any of that action.I do what I can, but it's like the bat signal, it goes out when theres a winter emergency and we have to jump in to the F!Wc Cave and race to the site.
As our leader points out, during the throes of a full fledged F!Wc situation, we must act fast. Do not lose sight of the cave.
I, Julie, the sweetheart of our fearless FW!c leader, am organizing a ski trip for this weekend. Here are the details: When? This Saturday December 17. It takes 2.5 hours to get there, so we should leave early (meet up at 8am). Where? Mt Baker, White Salmon area http://www.nooksacknordicskiclub.org/ws.html Cost? The trails are free, but we do have to have a sno-pass to park and you'll have to rent skis. It will be easiest to rent skis in town and bring them up. REI has them for pretty cheap, but you'll have to get them on friday. When I see who is interested, I will get more specific with details.
Hello, just a quick reminder to stop by this Sunday around 2pm. We'd love to see you all if possible. If you can't make it then have a wonderful holiday season and we'll see in the new year! Address: 737 Belmont Pl E #402, 98102 Austin

If not, come out and play. -----Original Message----- Hey Josh, I've got a suggestion for the next FWIC event! my roommate and I are planning to go, and I thought that this would be an excellent evening of fun and adventure to share with the club! See below for details --------------------------------------------------------- Hi there everyone, I was going to buy tickets to go and see the Banff Mountain film festival. The showing is at the Mountaineers club down in Seattle. I was planning on going on November 30th. The show is at 7:00pm and the tickets are $12.00. It would be fun if a bunch of people went. There is usually an epic variety of skiing, snowboarding, climbing and other outdoor type short independent films. Here is the information for the tickets. http://imis.mountaineers.org/source/communities/viewNewsItem.cfm?CmtyId=3&NewsId=498 http://www.banffcentre.ca/mountainculture/2005/festivals/film/
